Her new album may be called ‘Headstrong’ but young sensation Ashley Tisdale would rather discuss the other end of the spectrum. The budding young starlet wants to make certain that everyone knows they won’t see any notorious Britney Spears type crotch shots coming from her anytime soon. According to MSNBC’s Jeannette Walls the hot new starlet is taking on the more established party girls and it is an easy to guess that she is speaking of the one-time ‘Brit-Pack’. Walls reports in Today’s Scoop column that the star of ‘High School Musical’ says she’s nothing like them - she always wears panties.

“I don’t know why they do that. Maybe they didn’t do their laundry,” Tisdale told Blender magazine. “I’m definitely the kind of person to wear underwear all the time.”

And she wasn’t finished at just blasting Britney and former pals Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton for their no panties parade. She also struck out at the gals other bad habits. Walls notes that she is disdainful of much of the hedonism she sees among the stars of her generation, especially the drugs, smoking, and alcohol.
“Personally, I don’t think that’s cool,” the New Jersey native said. “My mom really instilled confidence in me, so I’m not somebody who’d be under peer pressure.” And I guess we won’t be peering through any tattoo parlor windows checking out Ashley’s ink either.
“I don’t have a tattoo,” she tells ‘Blender’. “You know what I like to do? I take, like, a Sharpie, and then do hearts and stuff on my hands.”
