Britney Spears entered rehab for the third time, she returned back to the Promises treatment center in Malibu Calif accompanied by her mother, Lynne Spears, Extra reports, and the emergency hearing that was originally planned for Thursday was canceled because of the turning events.
Kevin is taking custody of the kids while Britney is in rehab and reports confirm that this is Britney
