Britney out of rehab, again?

TMZ and Extra Tv report that Britney has left Promises Treatment Center early this morning, less than 24 hours after checking in.

The usual stay is 45 days,but she just couldn’t deal with it and left for home.

This marks the second time Britney leaves rehab, first Spears checked herself into Crossroads Centre — a treatment facility founded by musician Eric Clapton only to check out the next day.

Extra also reports that she tried to get into a tatoo parlor before going home but it was closed.
