Britney Spears Agrees to Divorce Settlement?

britney spears divorce It has been reported today that Britney Spears has come to an out of court divorce settlement with her soon to be ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The divorce deal is said to be worth nearly $13 million dollars. The deal includes one up front lump payment of $2 million dollars, half of the money Britney Spears earned during the couple’s two-year marriage and half of the price that their marital home in Malibu sells for. The deal also includes an agreement to share custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

It is rumored though not confirmed that Britney will have primary custody of the children with Kevin having full visitation rights.
