The 27-year-old’s father Jamie Spears is set to ask the court to review the terms of his conservatorship over his pop star daughter after her concert tour wraps in November, TMZ.com reports.
While Spears cannot directly ask the judge to end the conservatorship, he can request that it be reviewed.
Britney’s father and most of all conservator, has taken on his daughter’s well-being as a full time job since February 2008, and reportedly seems to think his famous daughter is ready to stand on her own.
It is believed that if the mother of two were not currently on her “Circus” tour, the convervatorship would have ended earlier, as she has been improving steadily for months.
However, a number of concert vendors’ contracts specifically stated that the singer would remain under her father’s watchful eye throughout the duration of the tour.
