Britney Spears Custody Hearing Details

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline had a new custody hearing this morning in Los Angeles, California.
Another session has been scheuldeld for next month where the pop princess lawyers want to convice the judge to give the rights of the mom driving with her kids back (in others).
Mark Kaplan (the ex-husband attorney) also subpoenaed the TMZ video where it shows Britney out in a gas station the same day she told the court she couldn’t be present at court due to medical condition, so her January hearing was pushed back to Feb 19th. Wish her luck!
