Britney Spears Did An Elvis Comeback

In 1968, the ‘68 Comeback Special was a remarkably intimate show, Elvis singing his old songs on a small stage, it was his comeback concert after years of making movies. Elvis opened his show with a medley of the song “Trouble” / “Guitar Man”.
In 2007, Britney Spears made her comeback to the music scene after 4 years at the MTV Video Music Awards and she played a tribute to the comeback performance of Elvis in 1968 by performing a medley of her cover for “Trouble”, along with her new single “Gimme More”. The performance had a similar stage setup and special effects. Britney Spears recorded a full version of the song “Trouble”, however, the song might not appear on her upcoming album.
