This is kind of ridiculous. After years and thousands of airplays (probably millions), Britney Spears – Do Somethin’ music video has been banned and there is a “new” version of it playing on tv’s worldwide.
According to Forbes.com, Louis Vuitton was mad that its brand was featured on the video without any licensing and asked for $80.000 in image damages. Law suit that its over just after all this years.
This time this was not against Britney herself, but against MTV, Zomba and the director of the music video which played a big plan of the brand while the pop star is inside her truck.
