Britney Spears Driving License Problem

One of her divorce custody battle problems was the fact that she was charged with hit and run and driving without a valid driving license a few days ago. And now Tmz found out that Britney Spears has an LA driving license, but for Louisiana, not Los Angeles, California.
According to legal terms, you have to change your papers after 10 days of changing your residence to another state (DMV Rules), but the pop princess never did it, so she is not legal to drive in Los Angeles.
