Pop beauty - Britney Spears - is personally going to court this Tuesday so she can ask the judge for more time with the babies - reports TMZ.COM.
The gossip central also says that Britney and her lawyers are arguing that to have a better reflect on her parenting skills progress with the boys she should be able fro spend more time with Sean Preston and Jayden James.
