The biggest and brightest celebrities from reality television will band together with Reality Cares on Saturday, June 30th at Joseph’s in Hollywood to raise money and awareness for Operation Smile. In the unconfirmed attendees list is no other than Britney Spears that also had her own reality show with ex husband Kevin Federline, Chaotic.

The ceremony will take place in Joseph’s, 1775 Ivar Ave., Hollywood, California 90028 from 2pm - 7pm
