We are not sure about this rumor, but access hollywood reports that Blackout author Britney Spears is not happy with Maxim Magazine.

They report that she was going to attend Maxim party last Tuesday night when she found out that she was on the magazine’s unsexiest stars list.

Britney, 25, was not happy with the situation and drove around to Mirabelle restaurant even if her “idol” - Madonna - was also on the list.

Friends says that Spears is already talking about asking the editors for some apology.
