Britney Spears On Court Tomorrow Over Drug Testing

Britney Spears on Court over Drug TestingKevin Federline just asked his lawyer Mark Vicent Kaplan to go to court tomorrow to talk about Britney Spears drug tests.

The hearing was scheduled for this next Thursday at about 8:30 am where Kaplan wants to restrict Spears driving rights due to her violation on some drug test orders. A source says that the pop princess was called for one of those random blood tests, however she didn’t pick up the phone.

Britney Spears nor Kevin Federline will have to be present on the hearing and this is not the first time that she misses a court call (remember when she lost a call on October 18th that made her having her visitation rights suspended?). We really hope that this is harmless  to her.  People just have to know that sometimes we are unreachable. Didn’t ever miss a call?
