According to TMZ, Britney Spears parents - Jamie and Lynne - are taking legal actions and going to court today so they can get control over the pop princess health and financial assets and get Sam Lutfi power’s on her out.
They say they are really worried about his influence on the singer, and want to take care of her health, as well of her financial terms that should be sent to a third party consultant so none can say they would be taking advantage of Britney Spears money.
