What would Jesus say? Britney Spears spent Easter Sunday at a Los Angeles Lakers game at L.A.’s Staples Center, and also went on a $3,000 shopping spree.
Britney Spears left the basketball game before halftime and headed to L.A.’s trendy Lisa Kline boutique where employees asked the customers to leave and locked the doors so Britney Spears could have the whole store to shop privately.
The 25-year-old singer shelled out $1,000 at Lisa Kline Kids buying clothes for her boys Sean Preston, 19 months, and Jayden, 7 months.
Among the things she picked up for the kiddos: two little giraffe fur jackets (brown for Jayden, white for Sean), Okkies Bermuda shorts, Charlie Rocket swim trunks, and pacifier holders by Sassy Paci.
Across the street at Lisa Kline Women’s, the pop star hit the dressing rooms and tried on various items, occasionally asking the boutique’s staff for their opinion.
Britney Spears ended up dropping $2,000 on clothes for herself, snatching up basics from the line Splendid, some “springy girly” dresses, and a pair of Converse sneakers. She also nabbed some Rachel Weissman hair clips and a stretchy headband.
“Britney Spears was so happy and really friendly,” store owner Lisa Kline tells Us. “She answered the shopgirls with ‘yes ma’am,’ and talked in a sweet southern accent and acted so polite! She looked really good, she was very put together and composed.”
