Britney Spears To Sue Dani Brubaker?

Reports say that Britney Spears is about to sue photographer Dani Brubaker.

During last month Dani was asked to make some private family portraits of the music princess which ended in magazine covers without her permission.

Sources tell that the personal photographer got paid by OK! for more than 1 millon dollars for a small set of pictures and that Britney already removed the original copys of her house because she felt like she was betrayed.

There was no confidential agreemnet signed when they made the photoshoot, but Howard Weitzman will defend the singer as they have proof of many emails and text messages that state this private Britney Spears pictures would never made public.
