Britney Spears‘ comeback performance at San Diego’s House of Blues proved that the pop star’s body is back in top form - and surprised many. After all, in the nearly three years since Britney Spears, 25, last performed for an audience, she’s given birth to her sons, Sean Preston, 20 months, and Jayden, 8 months, and engaged in some heavy-duty partying that left her looking out of shape and bloated. But recently, Britney Spears has slimmed down radically - and insiders are saying it wasn’t just exercise that brought her famous abs back. “Britney didn’t have full-on liposuction, but she did have some work done,” an insider tells In Touch.
