Britney Spears Travels to Church, Seeks Family for Help and does Boutique Theraphy

britney spears churchBritney Spears is trying to get better. At one point, the former pop princess was on a disastrous path that may have led to her losing her children. Now there are reports that she may even reconcile with her husband Kevin Federline. But first she has to get better. She appears to be trying very hard at that right now. Even though she has been out of rehab, it is to attend AA meetings or - get this get help from the church. Good girl. A Los Angeles photo agency X17 is reporting on it blog that Britney has made two such trips of late.

The agency details that they caught Britney on her way to another AA meeting outside of Promises, the Malibu rehab center where she’s seeking treatment. Wednesday night she attended a meeting in Santa Monica at First Presbyterian Church and Thursday night she was off to a Catholic chruch in Culver City, the report claims.

It is likely needed. Us Weekly Magazine details she is also using her family and a bit of retail therapy to help. According to Noelle Hancock’s report here Spears, 25, left Promises Treatment Center in Malibu at around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday night in the company of a driver and two bodyguards.

Sources tell Us she then headed to an apartment on Inglewood Blvd. in Culver City, California, where the pop star met up with her cousin Alli, with whom she’s been in close contact since entering rehab.

The pair spent 20 minutes inside the residence and returned to the car with a bag from the posh L.A. clothing boutique Intuition that appeared to be full of clothes. According to witnesses, Spears was in good spirits upon leaving the apartment, even holding up and waving the Intuition bag to show her excitement.

But the singer — who’s been looking healthier in the last couple of days — stayed on task, and made sure to get back to Promises by 9 p.m.
