Britney Spears Will NOT be Charged For Running Over Paparazzi Foot
Radar sensation Britney Spears will not be charged for running over a paparazzi foot while driving around in Los Angeles last year.
Once again TMZ obtain the legal documents where LAPD says she is not guilty for driving in the streets like a regular citizen and that the problem is that those guys keep walking around her car while she is parking.
