Against what you might have read everywhere, Britney Spears is not marrying her former agent / assistant Jason Trawick.

Many online agencies, celebrity bloggers, newspapers and even fansites, are claiming that the “couple” is planning to get married in a near future, and that their trip to Hawaii during last month was a way to pre-plan the big wedding, but that’s just false.

Britney’s official website just posted this story on their “Bull$hit” category so fans can know the truth. Still to confirm if they are really dating or not.

E! News reports that the conservatorship that the singer has with her father – Jamie Spears – for the last two years, might be ending by the end of 2010.

After an hearing that took place in Los Angeles superior court this last Tuesday, insiders told the gossip channel that the singer’s freedom is soon to arrive ad the court judges are setting this date for at most the following december.

Brit will be free regarding her personal life, but will still have a conservator for her financial side, the insider claims.

The standard version of The Singles Collection will contain 17 of her chart topping favorites along with the new song “3,” all on one CD.
