Did Britney Spears Break Her Tooth?

Britney Spears visited Century City Hospital yesterday afternoon, because reportedly she broke a tooth. She was treated by a dentist and left after 90 minutes.

A witness said, “She was smiling for the cameras, but the moment she got into the elevators she was complaining to her bodyguards that it was unfair her tooth was broken, but she couldn’t take painkillers.”
