Is Britney Spears Father Conservatorship Invalid?

We know nothing about laws, but according to attorney Jon Eardley, the conservatorship Britney Spears father has over the singer is void and invalid.

In an interview to Daily Mail (a British newspaper well known by its fake rumors) he says that he is right, because the latest court order appointing Britney Spears father as a conservator was not signed until after the notice of removal, so the order to extend it is not valid.
