Kevin Federline Wants To Record Britney Spears Deposition - Judge Denies

Today’s morning hearing at Los Angeles court was all about Kevin Federline’s decision of recording / videotaping Britney Spears deposition on court.

Mark Kaplan, the aspiring rapper’s lawyer, told the judge that the way Spears talks is as much important as what she says, telling that she can be sincere but always has some sarcasm on her voice.

Thomas Dunlap, Britney’s Lawyer, confronted the judge with his client popularity and reminded him of the internet leaks, and that it would probably be online in a matter of hours.

Commissioner Scoot Gorden agreed with Dunlap and also quoted:

I am deeply impressed by the investigative work of the media, although I think it’s a little stretch of their talent
