According to some Maxim journalist that has contacts with the x17 team, Sam (under fake names at first) started started messaging the agency telling where Britney was going to show up, till one day that he called them and introduced himself with his real name.
They also add that since they began to hang out together, Britney Spears exposure exploded and a new paparazzi agency raised up - X17.
